A recent data collection done on harbor seals has shown that roughly 70% of all seals are addicted to cocaine. Scientists are still struggling to figure out how these seals managed to get ahold of cocaine in the first place. Some believe a bombed cartel boat may have leaked the substance into their habitat, others believe the seals may have enough intelligence to produce and distribute their own cocaine. Should the latter be true, it can be expected the seals may discover heroin in the near future.
